How come lately whenever I send an email it makes me type in a stupid string of characters before sending?

Also, it has started saying message cannot be sent due to suspicious activity on my account. I am emailing the same people I always have so whats with the new and highly annoying security measures?

It thinks you're flooding. If you haven't been sending out large amounts of emails then email the technical support of that website.
Reply:depending on your email carrier, its a CAPPARA, it's an additional step the email software makes you do to filter out a SPAM bug trying to send out email from a users mailbox. a SPAM BUG cannot fill out this type of filter because the alpha characters are random the spam bug is not sophisticated enough to fill these out on its own.
Reply:I hate to suggest you emulate a rat deserting a sinking ship, but there are email services where you don't get that experience, because they aren't being attacked by that malignant kind of computer-generated spammers just yet. Try gmail from Google. Otherwise it's hytrftyhgf and drtygfdrfs until you do! Having multiple email accounts helps me keep stuff separated, and I just can't see living any other way by now!
