How do I create a shortcut to an email template in Outlook 2007?

I've created an email template that I will be using frequently. I want to be able to click one button and have the templated email pop up on the screen. Is this possible? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

How do I create a shortcut to an email template in Outlook 2007?
If you use Word as your email editor, you can create an autotext entry.

Open the email template, select the text you require to be easily access:

-%26gt; Insert -%26gt; Autotext -%26gt; New -%26gt; Name your Autotext Entry -%26gt; Ok. To test, type the name of your Autotext Entry and press F3.

Or, alternatively...

You could create a signature (tools -%26gt; options -%26gt; mail format -%26gt; signatures...) file that has your templated email within. To insert a signature, you just go to Insert -%26gt; Signature -%26gt; choose the name of the signature you created.
