If you don't log into your email a certain number of days the mailbox becomes inactive. How many days is that setting?
How often do you have to check your email or your account is inactive?
After 4 months of inactivity Yahoo deletes freemail accounts automatically. This does not apply to Mail Plus accounts, they will stay active.
