How can I transfer a folder from one email account to another?

I am opening a new email account (in yahoo) and I have a folder to keep important emails, etc in. Is there any way to transfer that folder to my new account or do I need to start all over? The folder has 503 emails in it so forwarding each one would take a LONG time.......any suggestions would be helpful.

i had two email accounts in my entourage and i just drug my folders from one to the other. Do you have Entourage or Outlook that you can add both identities to? If you do, its super easy and that should work like a charm.
