How do you transfer 46 addresses from an email to a list?

I want to transfer all these on to a contacts list so I can email all of them from time to time. Is there a simple way to do this please?

How do you transfer 46 addresses from an email to a list?
If the addresses are from your own address book:

CREATE A CATEGORY IN YAHOO:

1. Click on the Contacts tab to open your Address Book.

2. Check the boxes next to the names you want in one category.

3. Go to the top of the address book and click the "Add to Category" button.

4. In the box that opens in the upper left, enter a Title for this Category.

5. Click OK.

1. When you wish to send email to this category, AFTER you click on Compose or Forward, click on TO, to open your address book on top of the page you are in.

2. At the top of this list, click the little blue Categories link to open your list of categories.

3. Check the box next to the category you wish to send to, go to the top and click on "Insert Checked Contacts."

Your address book will close and the category you selected will be in the TO section. Type your message and click Send.

If the addresses are from a previous sender that you wish to copy, it's not possible. Considered Spam.
