I have been forwarded an email trail containing a conversation between two people - one of the parties involved states that they didn't write some of the content. Is there a way for me to check if the email has been changed or added to?
How can you tell if content in a forwarded email has been edited?
There is no way to check if the e-mail has been tampered with, unless the people involved used a certificate. I sent someone a 'certified' (encrypted), mail once which was opened by the IT mail administrator (before reaching it's intended recipient). It turned up as gobldygook in the end, which means a third party had interfered with it.
So it is possible to detect altered mail, but not unless your mail has been certified. You can get a free certificate here....

Answering hateful email from other YA when they have their accounts set to no contact?
I just received a hateful rant from an ill informed questioner (seems she didn't like my answer although it was researched and correct). It included slurs as to my race, social standing and intelligence (most of it misspelled of course). She doesn't allow email contact in her profile. Who else thinks that Yahoo should allow rebuttals to emails sent from these cowards?

You should try "sports-general" under the "sports" category - there should be some hunters there. Of try "hobbies" because there is no connection between taxidermy and gardening, especially not enough for someone to give out their personal email, eh?
You can also contact your local college biology department or your local museum of natural history - I skinned some small animals helping research student with their study mounts. All I can remember now is that you basically open them up from below, use sawdust to control the blood, and simply slip them out of their little pajamas. These were study pieces, so they were not pretty when completed, the hard part is cutting loose the paws and areas like around the nose, eyes, mouth and ears. Also many animals have "scent sacks" around their hind ends and you want to learn where those are because cutting those can be messy. Also our mounts were not managed for odor or feel - so if you want to tan the fur, that is a speciality as well and you cannot leave the paws inside a larger animal. I think we used wires to fill the little tails once we had the tail bones removed - but I am not sure, this was all long, long ago - try the museum or the biology program.

A list of references with phone numbers would be essential. Also, any extra curricular activities that you have participated in, especially things with the community in mind. Say for instance, volunteer work or helping in a food pantry/cupboard, with the elderly or any good cause. Also, three character references would be good. If you do not hear from your potential employer within 2 weeks, send them a regular old fashioned letter (type written, preferably). In the letter, tell them you are updating your resume. Ask them for an appointment for an interview. Before you arrive, have an idea of how much pay you expect. They usually want to know that. If it is too high, they won't hire you. If it's too low, they'll probably think you are naive. Pick a middle range pay scale. Better yet, find out what they DO pay. Dress neatly without looking like you just got off a dirt bike or something. If you are a woman, don't wear ultra feminine outfits. Don't wear low cleavage blouses or too much makeup and don't overpower yourself with perfume. Some people are allergic to perfume. If you have tatoos, cover them up. Good luck.

How can I advertise to a specific clientele using email?
I would like to send emails to specific people in public schools whom I believe would like to use my seminar. My question is, how do I do that? And, perhaps a second question, how would I gather the names of these people. For example, I would like to market my seminar to those people who specifically deal with special needs children. Pester their public relations officer for an interview and come equiipped with references to: Substatiate your good character (police clearances etc to prove you are not a criminal.) and references to confirm the value of your product/service to the teachers AND the students (target both here).
Remember all you are after is the authorities approval - you won't get it but conversely, their failure to stop you approaching teachers, amounts to an endorsement by default. What you are after is being able to approach Principals and say honestly that the Authorities are aware of your actions. (Kind of a default reference)
If you are extremely lucky, and sufficiently impress the Education Authority's representative, they can supply you with a list of facilities that fit your market, so be specific what type of schools etc. you want access to.If they don't - don't panic - read on . . .
2. Professional Development
This is a totally different marketing strategy - you want access to teachers proffessional development meetings. This will come through the Principal personally and you will address a staff meeting. To win this one you need to use the "Snowball Effect" - you win one Principal over, then after you have addressed that meeting you use that as a reference for approaching the next principal. Now your credibility has increased 100% - repeat the whole process again. After each seminar/meeting, ask the Principal if he would "have any objections if you used him as a reference". The wording there is vital - you want a "Yes" from someone who cant get through the workload they have now - so you don't want them to feel they have to do anything extra, that you'll do the work and all they have to do is say yes.
After a dozen or so successes, the professional grapevine will market your seminars if they truely are value for money.
Here teachers have a Gazette that is used to advertise vacancies. This tells you the school, address, Principals name and phone number - for you it could be a goldmine if you can get one (hint - even an old one that the staff at a school doesn't value any more :-)

There's no "right" answer, but I personally prefer seperate. I am usually not interested in a cover letter, I want to see the resume. If the resume looks to be a good fit, then I often (but not always) read the cover letter.
I've been in recruiting and HR for a dozen years, and most of my colleagues do not read cover letters either. That's not to say all, but I would say the majority are not interested.
Also, keeping the different copy makes it easier for you to customize your cover letter for each individual position - which is something you should always do in cover letters.

ORANGE MUSTARD GLAZED CHICKEN
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup country-style Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed to measure
1 tablespoon Gravy Master
1 chicken (2 1/2 to 3 pounds) quartered or 4 chicken breasts
In a small bowl, combine marmalade, orange juice, mustard, sugar and Gravy Master. Grill chicken pieces 4 to 6 inches from hot glowing coals for 15 minutes, turning frequently. Brush with orange-mustard glaze and continue grilling for 15 minutes longer, brushing frequently with glaze. Remove from grill and serve immediately. Serve remaining sauce separately. Makes 4 servings
LOBSTER NEWBURG
4 tbsp. butter
Meat of 1 (2-3 lb.) boiled lobster
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Salt, paprika, slight grating of nutmeg
1/2 c. cream
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sherry
Melt half the butter and cook lobster in it for three minutes. Remove lobster, add remaining butter and blend flour smoothly with it. Scald and add milk and bring again to boiling point, stirring constantly. Add seasonings and lobster. Cook five minutes, beat and add cream, egg yolks, and sherry. Cook 2 minutes without boiling. Yield: 4 portions.

Proceed as directed for Lobster Newburg, substituting 2 cups crabmeat for the lobster.

4 x 170g portion of salmon fillets

50g butter
200ml cream

4 tomatoes 鈥?skinned, seeded and diced

Method for the Pur茅e
Place the fennel and butter over a low heat. Cover with a lid and cook gently without colouring until soft.

In a small bowl, combine marmalade, orange juice, mustard, sugar and Gravy Master. Grill chicken pieces 4 to 6 inches from hot glowing coals for 15 minutes, turning frequently. Brush with orange-mustard glaze and continue grilling for 15 minutes longer, brushing frequently with glaze. Remove from grill and serve immediately. Serve remaining sauce separately. Makes 4 servings
LOBSTER NEWBURG
4 tbsp. butter
Meat of 1 (2-3 lb.) boiled lobster
2 tbsp. flour

What to do if you entered the wrong email address when ordering something online?
I ordered some tickets this morning, and only afterwards realised that the auto-fill had automatically put my old email address in the details instead of my current one. I cannot access my old email address anymore, and it said a confirmation email would be sent to me.

If you email the announcement, all you need to say is "find attached is announcement for PSA." And then give your contact info in case they have any questions.
When you are doing a press release, keep it simple and to the point. Write it as though you were doing a news story keeping in mind the rules of the who, what, when, why in the first paragraph. Here is an example of how I did press releases for the organization I work for:

How do I make Outlook email to open when I need to send an email from any website on the internet?
I could not get this question right, lets say I want to send an email from any website and I click on the email address and immediately another window opens up and it diverts me to the yahoo email. I want my other Outlook email from gmail to open... How can I change this setting so I can send emails from Outlook instead of yahoo?

Go to Start, open Control Panel and click internet Options. Go to the Programs Tab, under Email: put Outlook or Outlook Express, which ever you are using. That should do it.

Change your password. And possibly your security questions. Are you using browser based email (like Yahoo!, Gmail, etc.) or an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird?
If you're using a client, then your computer likely has a virus or is botted. If you're using browser-based, somebody's phished your password, or is just spoofing your account.
You could always examine the MIME header of the emails to see if they're coming from your IP.
Are you using the latest Norton virus definitions? Antivirus software is useless if you don't update it at least weekly. Run Liveupdate NOW.

5.Run another scan with Nortan.

Now Spy hunter u have to pay for i think and xoft spy but if u look at some torrent site u might get them
eg. MININOVA
No im not advising piracy and strongly discourage u to do it and buy the software if you have the money...
But google Those programs and run scans with each one/....

I am trying to to transfer my old email contacts to my new email address.I use to have peoplepc and now I switched to yahoo.Yahoo sent me a link that was suppose to automatically transfer my e-mail contact but when I put in my information they said it was an error everytime.I put the write e-mail and password everytime and it just doesnt work.If anyone could help me with this problem I would deeply appreciate it.

I have contacted a few people who, in their signature, they establish that their email may not be redistributed or printed for a third party under legal repercussions. Is this actually legal? If so, can they actually sue should the message be retransmitted to another party?

Yahoo is a free service. Live person aren't free, that's why they don't have live support.

I know someone that recently hacked into an email account of a school, meaning they guessed the password, and sent an email pretending to be an administrator. There were no threats. It was a joke. I heard it may be a felony though.

- find out the maximum size for your mailbox
- put lots of attachments into your mailbox (eg create emails, attach very large files, "send" them and make sure your mailbox is saving "sent items") until the mailbox is full.
