Like if you were in Richardson what are the exact answers to every question?

There aren't any exact right questions - you'll be in conversation with a New Group Approver. They will probably ask if you are a member of any local group, and why you think there will be a need for a new one.

Then the NGA will ask the local groups what they know - do you follow the basic rules, etc.

It is a really good idea to have a co moderator, too, to share the work - and it might show you are thinking of those things.

The instructions are at:

Reply:You have to go through a group approval process and they walk you through it. You can't just make a Freecycle group. It's trademarked. Hope this helps.
Reply:I don't know the specific answer to your question, but there are existing groups all across the U.S. and Canada already available at LocalDataPlace.
