I've created polls for my group,, but some member were unable to cast their votes because they had problems to access yahoo groups from their non yahoo domain. What should i do to fix this?
How can yahoogroups member with non/other than yahoo email domain access the yahoogroups home?
easy to create a yahoo account....they all can do it...
Reply:members need to have a Yahoo account to access the groups features like polls- those members without one will have across from their e-mail address within the members list (request profile)- if you click that, it'll send info on how to create an account and link it to their membership
