Reply:This is called a Capcha. It is used to ensure that you are human and not a bot program that is trying to send out viruses within attachments.
Sometimes they are glitchy like that. You need to recycle the page. If that doesn't work you need to close your internet browser and restart it. The website listed in the sources section has more information, just search for Captcha.
