I wanna change my email but i don't want to lose any contacts. I have over 400 contacts and it'll take forever to add them one by one. I know you can send the messenger list thing, but it always ends up hanging cause there's too many contacts or something.

You can only have one Extra Email Address. Later on, if you decide that you do not like the one that you have created, and then you may delete it and create another one.
