When forwarding an email why does it not prefill the address with just a couple keystrokes anylonger?

Until a couple weeks ago when we were prompted to update "microsoft explorer" you could get an address from your address book by typing the first couple letters and it would pre fill but now it does not. Plus the screen look very generic! What happened?

This sounds like one of Yahoo's upgrades has just reached your account. Unfortunately, the Auto Complete feature is no longer an option for some.

Try this in Yahoo:

After you click on Compose or Forward to open the message window, click on "To" to open your address book which is set up only for emailing.

Check the boxes (TO, BC or BCC) next to the contacts you wish to send to, go to the top of the list and click "Insert Checked Contacts." The addresses you selected will be in the fields you selected and the address book will close.
