How do you change how the email message prints out? And, how do you do a mass email?

You don't change how your emails prints. If you're printing an email, you just select to print it... it prints the page(s).





2nd question regarding how to "mass email": You can use your address book (Contacts list), to select the recipients of an email. Put those recipients in the bcc field. NEVER reveal other's email addresses to all on a list. You can mail to a maximum of 50 addresses in one email. You can do that 2 times in a day for a maximum of 100 recipients in a day.





FYI: Next time you have a question, please ask one at a time. We all have 5 points deducted per question. It's a little unethical asking multiple questions for the "price of one".
