Thanks for the answer given to the above question by SHOTSIE. " INSERT CHECKED CONTACTS " does not appear anywhere in the Yahoo address book on my PC. May I, please know how to fix this problem.

Sorry! Are you in Yahoo? That's what those instructions were for.
"INSERT CHECKED CONTACTS" only shows up at TOP of the address book after you open it by clicking on "TO.
Then after you check the boxes next to those you wish to send to, go back up to the top of THIS address list. You will see "Insert Checked Contacts."
If you are using another Email program, the format is different. Which Email program are you using?
