How can I find out if someone has hacked my email?

I think someone has hacked my email and is sending messages using my account. But I think it is being sent to only one address. I have an antivirus etc that I run at least twice a week. Is it possible to find out?

How can I find out if someone has hacked my email?
Change password in your email ID immediately.

mix characters and numbers example j1o2h3n

Inform the "One address" to ignore the messages, explaining

you did not send them.

In Outlook Express or Outlook remove the password already entered , and enter every time you use the email client.

( just in case the messages are sent from your computer itself ).

You can check the Deleted files.DBX folder

OE/Tools/Options/Maintenance /Store Location.

Go through the list.
Reply:Check your sent folder. Chances are, they were smart enough to delete those, though.

Change your password to something really impossible.
Reply:i don't think you will find that answer.

are you finding messages you didn't write in your sent folder??
Reply:Try using a spyware remover program like Ad'Aware or something similar to fix the problem.
